RULES AND REGULATION


  • Candidates are not admitted on trial basis. Admission once taken and the fees once paid are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
  • Only Acceptance of application form by the Institute without payment of fees does not guarantee admission. Complete fees to be paid at the time of admission in Cash / Cheque in favour of Kandivali Education Society.
  • In case of cheque being dishonoured, a penalty of Rs.250/- will be levied for every default.
  • Fees include Registration Fees, Tuition Fees, Examination Fees, Reference Notes.
  • Cost of Materials, Creativity File, Field trips etc are to be borne by the candidates as and when required.
  • A candidate who does not attend the classes and fail to pay the fees on time will be debarred from the classes.
  • The KES' Institute reserves the right to remove / rusticate a candidate at any time and without reconsideration or appeal for low academic achievement or if the candidate fails to adhere to the standards or discipline set by the Institute.
  • Candidates must complete the course within 7 months from the date of admission, failing which, he or she will have to get the admission renewed on payment of full fee.
  • The candidate must fulfill a minimum of 80% attendance to appear for examinations.
  • Candidates must secure a minimum of 35 marks in each paper, failing which KES' Institute has the right to withhold their Marksheet and Diploma Certificate.
  • In case of any change in the exam dates after the issue of hall ticket either because the candidate remains absent or wants to prepone / postpone the exam dates, a sum of Rs. 500/- shall be charged per course for re-issue of hall ticket.
  • Candidates will have to reappear for examination of only those papers in which they fail to secure a minimum of 35 marks. Re-examination fee of Rs.300/- will be charged per paper.
  • The KES' Institute will not be responsible for the loss of candidates belongings.
  • In case of loss of any book issued from the library, the candidate will have to reimburse the cost of the book.
  • Candidates must bring their identity cards daily to the class.
  • During postings in the school for practical work, the candidates will have to adhere to strict dress code, timings & rules of the school as applicable.
  • The candidates are expected to compulsorily participate in all scheduled activities.
  • The candidates are required to take all examinations and undertake all practical work assignment.
  • Diploma certificates Will be awarded to candidates only after completion of examinations of E.C.C.Ed. courses.
