Once you finish your registration for Shri T P Bhatia Student Portal you are suppose to pay SYJC Admission Fees online. These are the following Frequently Asked Question Student will face while making online payment.

  1. Who can make payment?

    Only the students who have successfully and completely filled the online form on STUDENT PORTAL ACCOUNT and have the Printout of the Admission Form are eligible to make online payment. Just by creating your STUDENT PORTAL ACCOUNT doesn’t make you eligible to make payment. Student will get link on the left side PAY ONLINE FEES. Click on the PAY ONLINE FEES link you will we redirected to SBI Collect page. Select Payment Category. Enter basis details asked on the page and proceed further to make payment.

  2. Where do we make online payment?

    In the STUDENT PORTAL ACCOUNT created by student on kes.ac.in while filling SYJC Admission Form. Student will get link on the left side PAY ONLINE FEES. Click on the PAY ONLINE FEES link you will we redirected to SBI Collect page. Select Payment Category. Enter basis details asked on the page and proceed further to make payment.

  3. Can we pay fees by Demand Draft? What if we have already made Demand Draft?

    No, you can't pay your fees by Demand Draft. Fees Payment will be strictly online.

  4. What to do if I have CASH? What to do if I don’t have State Bank of India Debit/Credit Card?

    CASH can be directly paid in the SBI Branch near College. In the STUDENT PORTAL ACCOUNT created by student on kes.ac.in (while filling SYJC Admission Form). Student will get link on the left side PAY ONLINE FEES. Click on the link you will we redirected to SBI Collect page. Select Payment Category. Enter basis details asked on the page and proceed further to download CASH CHALLAN to pay cash in SBI Branch.

  5. Can we pay fees via Internet Banking?

    Yes. You can use your Internet Banking facility to pay your fees online. Internet Banking can be of any bank.

  6. Where can student see their fees details?

    Student can see fees details in their STUDENT PORTAL ACCOUNT created on kes.ac.in under ADMISSION DETAILS tab. Along with the fees details student will be able to see their Subject , SYJC Division, Class teachers name, Pending fees Details (if any) and other basic details related to SYJC, within 48 hrs after the payment.

  7. What student has to do after making online payment?

    Student are requested to bring a Photocopy of online payment receipt in case of Debit/Credit/Netbanking and a copy of Challan in case of cash payment, to COLLEGE OFFICE for stamp. Without college stamp the payment process will not be considered completed. The receipt or Challan will be invalid without college stamp. Students are requested to keep a copy of receipt or Challan with them. College will not give receipt / Challan to the students in any case.
